Welcome to the worderful world of Natan.

Born and raised along the beaches of Venice, CA, I never learned to take life to seriously, though was quick to grow a thick hyde. Los Angeles is the epitome of a metropolis, so I was happy to escape it by coming to UCSD. I grew up with the belief that "knowledge is power." I wanted to know everything, Mwhich is why my focus is split somewhere throughout Cognitve Science and Environmental Systems. CogSci covers perspectives from the biological to the anthropological, ESys covers socio-political through environmental! I love this class becuase it falls right in between allowing me to apply everything I learned thus far. In case you're wondering what that is check out the Social Gardening Project.

Besides academia, my interests include playing instumental music (piano/sax/bass/drums), martial arts (tai chi/capoeira/wushu), environmentalism (camping/hiking/gardening), and technology (too much to list but you only need to pick up a copy of PopSci to get an idea).
